Italian football is undergoing a period of managerial turnover and tactical adjustments across various divisions. In Serie A and B, clubs such as Empoli, Parma, and Cremonese have implemented coaching changes. Empoli specifically replaced Guido Pagliuca with Matteo Andreoletti.
