The PBS MASTERPIECE series ‘Marble Hall Murders’ features Susan Ryeland, portrayed by Lesley Manville, as she solves mysteries connecting her contemporary life to the fictional detective Atticus Pünd. The production, which began in March 2025, utilizes a dual-timeline structure set in modern England and 1955 Corfu.

Filming for the series took place across London, Dublin, and various sites in Greece, including Corfu Old Town, Agios Ioannis, Danilia Village, and the San Stefano Estate. The story, based on Anthony Horowitz’s work, follows Ryeland as she returns to England from Crete to work on an Atticus Pünd novel, only to become entangled in a real-life murder investigation where she finds herself a suspect.
