# Marko Babić Leadership Development Center training

The 13th generation of the leadership development program at the ‘Marko Babić’ Leadership Development Center has concluded. The training involved 35 participants, including 19 international personnel from Slovenia, Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia, and Montenegro.

The program included a maritime phase on the island of Korčula, which focused on physical endurance, tactical tasks, and decision-making under stress through activities such as navigating water obstacles and managing inflatable boat capsizes. 

The course concluded with a final march from the Josip Jović barracks in Udbina to the Knin Fortress. Of the original 35 participants, 24 successfully met the requirements to graduate. Lieutenant Jure Sertić of the Tigrovi battalion was recognized as the top trainee of the cohort.
