Marriott International is expanding its presence across the Pacific region through new brand launches and hotel developments.

In New Caledonia, the company partnered with Société Hôtelière de Nouméa to launch its ‘Series by Marriott’ collection. This initiative includes three flagship resort properties—Le Domaine Déva, Le Domaine Oro, and Le Domaine Nouméa—providing a total capacity of 375 guest rooms and suites.

Following this, Marriott signed an agreement with CP Group to develop three new hotels in New Zealand, slated to open between 2026 and 2029. This expansion will introduce the Marriott Hotels brand to Rotorua and the Autograph Collection brand to Auckland and Wellington, adding 335 rooms to the country’s hospitality sector.
