Maruti Suzuki has achieved significant milestones in its export operations and logistics capabilities in India. The company reported that cumulative shipments of India-manufactured models, including the Fronx, Jimny 5-door, and the e Vitara electric vehicle, have exceeded 100,000 units to Japan. Consequently, Japan has become Maruti Suzuki’s second-largest export destination, with Indian-made vehicles accounting for nearly all of Suzuki’s imports into the Japanese market during the 2025-26 financial year.

Parallel to these export successes, the automaker has expanded its logistics infrastructure. Since 2023, Maruti Suzuki has dispatched 1 million vehicles via its in-plant railway terminals at the Hansalpur and Manesar facilities.
