Production of the cooking competition MasterChef Türkiye was temporarily interrupted in late October 2026 due to heavy rainfall in Istanbul. Flooding in the filming studio reportedly affected technical equipment and the filming area, forcing the channel TV8 to broadcast repeat episodes after exhausting its stock of pre-recorded content.

By early November 2026, the program was scheduled to resume its regular broadcast cycle. According to recent television schedules, TV8 continues to air the MasterChef Türkiye competition alongside other series and programming.
