The Court of Justice of Mato Grosso (TJMT) has resumed public service and administrative activities as of October 1, following the stabilization of its technological infrastructure. This follows a previous security incident involving unauthorized access to user credentials, which necessitated the suspension of judicial deadlines and the offline status of the Electronic Judicial Process (PJe) system.

The Connectivity Department (DCON) reported that issues with the PJe system were resolved, with external availability reaching 100% by September 30. Consequently, administrative deadlines that were suspended during the breach will resume running on October 1. For deadlines originally scheduled to begin during the suspension period, the count will also commence on October 1.

To mitigate potential disruptions, the court has established protections for cases where technological unavailability might prevent the fulfillment of administrative acts, allowing for extensions to the next business day upon system restoration.
