Matsunoya has introduced several new food offerings. Initially, the brand launched a limited-time Jingisukan (lamb BBQ) set meal featuring a soy sauce-based seasoning designed to pair with rice. 

Following this, the company announced a new minced meat cutlet (menchi-katsu) menu scheduled for release on October 28, 2026. This menu includes various sets such as the Demi-glace Menchi-katsu Set, a Loin Cutlet & Menchi-katsu Set, and options featuring Uma-toma sauce.

In addition to the upcoming cutlet menu, Matsunoya is currently running a ‘Double Quantity Fair’ for assorted fried sets.
