The Red Bull Racing driver, a four-time World Drivers’ Champion, is noted for being the youngest Grand Prix winner in history. Verstappen marked the occasion with an intimate dinner alongside his partner, Kelly Piquet. Piquet shared social media tributes featuring a personalized cake depicting the couple, their children—including their daughter Lily and Piquet’s daughter Penelope—and their pets. Amid the celebrations, Verstappen is also preparing for a modified racing schedule. Due to conflicts in the Middle East, the Bahrain Grand Prix has been rescheduled to the Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia. During recent sessions at the Malaysian circuit, George Russell topped the timesheets. Verstappen has expressed a desire to secure at least one more victory in the 2026 season as Red Bull Racing attempts to close the technical gap to Mercedes. He also recently reflected on his long-standing professional bond with engineer Gianpiero Lambiase, a relationship dating back to his 2016 debut. ## Timeline ### 2026-09-30: Max Verstappen celebrates 29th birthday with Kelly Piquet Model Kelly Piquet celebrated Max Verstappen’s 29th birthday with an intimate dinner and a romantic social media tribute featuring a personalized family-themed cake. 3 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/max-verstappen-celebrates-29th-birthday-with-kelly-piquet ### 2026-09-30: Max Verstappen celebrates 29th birthday amid F1 schedule shifts F1 champion Max Verstappen celebrates his 29th birthday as the circuit prepares for the Bahrain Grand Prix to be held in Malaysia at Sepang. 9 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/max-verstappen-celebrates-29th-birthday-as-four-time-f1-champion --- Cite as: Max Verstappen birthday celebrations and F1 updates.
