The Hungarian talent show Megasztár has seen significant attention regarding the personal interests and behaviors of its contestants toward the show’s mentors.

Initially, singer Marics Peti experienced a surge in popularity among middle-aged fans during auditions, with some contestants using provocative dances or massages to gain his attention.

As the competition progressed, contestants continued to focus on the mentors. Lukász Herceg stated his motivation for joining was a six-year admiration for mentor Erika Herceg, while another contestant, Polett, drew attention by flirting with both Erika Herceg and Marics Peti. Polett described himself as an “omnivore” regarding romantic interests. Following these interactions, Erika Herceg voted for Polett, allowing him to advance to the “divas' team”.
