The Melbourne International Coffee Expo (MICE) has announced details for its 2027 event, specifically regarding the Roasters Playground feature. 

La Marzocco has renewed its position as the Platinum Sponsor and official machinery supplier, a role that coincides with the brand’s 100th anniversary. Riverina Fresh will return as a Gold Sponsor to supply dairy milk to exhibitors and roasters. 

The Australian Coffee Traders Association (ACTA) will also return as an association partner to support industry networking and education. The 2027 Roasters Playground is set to feature an expanded format consisting of eight pods running across three days, providing participating roasters a full day on the show floor to present products to café owners and industry professionals.
