In Meoqui, Chihuahua, local authorities expanded access to higher education through the ‘Universidad de las Mujeres’, a partnership providing online degrees and potential scholarships. The municipality also implemented ‘Miércoles con tu Alcaldesa’ sessions to offer direct citizen services, such as medical consultations and legal advice, without the need for appointments.
