Formula 1 has announced that Milan will host the ‘F1 Live Milan’ season launch event from February 18–20, 2027. The three-day program is modeled after previous large-scale fan experiences and will include the Milan Fan Festival and a one-night spectacle called ‘F1 The Show’ on February 18.

The event is expected to feature drivers and team principals from all 11 teams on the grid, combined with live music and entertainment. Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali stated the choice of Milan highlights Italy’s importance to the sport and its connection to automotive manufacturing. 

The Automobile Club d'Italia (ACI) was instrumental in securing the event. ACI President Geronimo La Russa emphasized Italy’s deep connection to motorsport, noting it is the country that has hosted the most Grand Prix and is home to the historic Monza circuit.
