Singer Miley Cyrus has announced a $1 million donation through the Miley Cyrus Foundation to support ‘Rosa’s Place,’ a housing project led by the Downtown Women’s Center in Los Angeles.

The initiative, located in the Skid Row neighborhood, aims to provide 97 permanent apartments for vulnerable women and survivors of physical violence. The facility is designed to offer long-term infrastructure, including social spaces, an educational center, an inner courtyard, and dedicated areas for mothers. Residents will have access to support services such as healthcare, social counseling, and job placement programs to encourage independence.

Tish Cyrus-Purcell is collaborating on the interior design of the spaces. The project is expected to be completed in 2027.
