The Minnesota Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with BMO, has launched the third annual ‘Coolest Thing Made in Minnesota’ contest. The bracket-style competition features 64 products manufactured within the state to highlight local innovation and the economic impact of the manufacturing industry.

Public voting for the first round began in late August and is scheduled to run until September 7. Notable competitors include Jimmy’s Original Cole Slaw Dressing, Carstens Industries Fiberglass Manufacturing’s Wilderness Toilet, Superior Industries’ TeleStacker Conveyor, and Duluth Pack’s Heritage Leather Backpack. The winner of the competition will be announced on October 6 at the 2026 Manufacturers’ Summit.
