The Minnesota Twins have undergone several front office and coaching staff changes following a 77-85 season that resulted in missing the playoffs.

On September 25, the organization and assistant general manager Daniel Adler mutually agreed to part ways. Adler had been with the team since 2017 and was promoted to assistant GM in 2019. His departure follows previous front office shifts, including the exit of former president of baseball operations Derek Falvey.

On September 28, the team announced further departures within the coaching and training staff. Pitching coach Pete Maki and assistant pitching coach Luis Ramirez will depart the organization. Additionally, assistant athletic trainer Jason Kirkman will not return next season. These changes come after the Twins posted a 4.56 total ERA, which was the sixth-worst in Major League Baseball.
