Montenegro is advancing several major infrastructure and transportation projects. In the development of the Bar–Boljare highway, preparatory works for the segment toward Andrijevica have commenced following a ceremony involving state officials and the Chinese consortium PowerChina–STECOL–PCCD. This five-year design-and-build contract is valued at €693.97 million. Additionally, a pre-qualification tender has been issued for the 10.5-km Smokovac–Tološi section of the corridor.

In the municipality of Tivat, a contract worth 137,787 euros was awarded to Geotechnics, Projects & Consulting to design a new boulevard and reconstruct the M-11 Lepetani–Tivat main road. This project is intended to address long-term infrastructure requirements, including water supply, sewage, electricity, and telecommunications.
