Mersudin Dautović was unanimously elected to the Judicial Council of Montenegro by the Parliament. All 64 attending MPs voted in favor of his appointment. 

The election took place amid political tension, as members of the DPS and the European Alliance exited the Assembly following the vote. Due to the insufficient number of present MPs, two other candidates—Darko Hajduković and Klaudija Pejović—were not elected.
