Concurrently, Steadright Critical Minerals has begun infrastructure work for a pilot plant at the Titan Beach titanium project, utilizing a state-owned engineering group for construction and operations.

On a diplomatic and industrial scale, Morocco has signed a memorandum of understanding with the United States to cooperate on critical mineral investments. This occurs alongside the completion of Africa’s first battery gigafactory in Kenitra by Chinese manufacturer Gotion High-Tech, which is slated to begin production in the third quarter of 2026 following an African Development Bank loan.
