The Mouvement Patriotique du Salut (MPS) has undertaken various national mobilization and support missions in Chad.

In late 2026, the party concluded a mission in the Iriba department to support the Third General Population and Housing Census (RGPH3). This operation, which ran from July to August, utilized ten teams to increase community awareness through collaboration with local authorities and religious leaders. The mission provided logistical support for remote areas and addressed technical enumeration issues.

Following this, the MPS launched a national mobilization campaign for the 2026-2027 school year. Prompted by a call from President Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno, the party is establishing provincial teams to support primary and secondary schools. The initiative focuses on improving access roads, sanitizing schoolyards, and providing essential equipment such as desks and pedagogical materials.

In October 2026, the MPS and its commercial wing, the UNC-MPS, expanded this effort into a broader national campaign to address deteriorating infrastructure and equipment shortages. Mahamat Saleh Abdeldjalil, president of the UNC-MPS, is mobilizing merchants and economic operators to fund the rehabilitation of public schools. While provincial teams focus on hygiene, access roads, and furniture, local branches—such as the MPS council of the 2nd arrondissement of N’Djamena—have already commenced the distribution of hygiene products and school kits to students.
