MTC Namibia has initiated several large-scale infrastructure and community investment projects. In August 2026, the company announced a N$624.9 million capital expenditure commitment for the 2025/26 financial year. This investment is intended to expand digital infrastructure through network coverage, fibre connectivity, and the deployment of 5G technology to promote digital inclusion.

Following this, MTC partnered with the Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Fund to invest N$3.2 million into school infrastructure within the Erongo Region. Through the MTC Rural Schools Project, three specific schools received new classroom blocks and renovations. This initiative is part of a broader partnership that has resulted in the construction of 61 classrooms across Namibia to date.
