Mötley Crüe is marking its 45th anniversary with several musical releases and archival collections through BMG. Initial announcements included the ‘Crücial Crüe 1981 – 1989’ limited-edition set, which features the band’s first five studio albums on picture discs in CD and LP formats, as well as a highly restricted ‘Crüeseum Exclusive’ edition of 250 hand-numbered copies.

On October 30, 2026, the band released a remastered 45th anniversary deluxe box set for their debut album, ‘Too Fast For Love’. This collection includes the original 1981 Leathür Records version, which is noted for its rare status and different mix and tracklist, and the 1982 Elektra Records version. Both versions are available as remastered vinyl, with the Leathür version also provided on CD.

The set features various archival materials, including previously unreleased live recordings from the 1982 Perkins Palace shows, the band’s first studio session from March 1981, a demo session, and a reproduction of the original October 1981 Leathür demo cassette. Physical items included in the collection are a reproduction of the original 7-inch single, a 100-page photo book, a poster reprint, and a lyric booklet.
