The Murapol Group has expanded its residential portfolio across several Polish cities. In Bydgoszcz, the Murapol Rivo project on Dworcowa Street received its occupancy permit, offering 122 apartments near the Old Town. Simultaneously, the group launched a new phase of the Murapol Stoczniova project in Gdańsk’s Młode Miasto district, featuring a 10-story building with 401 units scheduled for completion in late 2028.

In the Silesian region, Murapol launched pre-sales for the Murapol BrynówOne project in Katowice, a seven-story building containing 191 apartments expected to be finished in the third quarter of 2028. Additionally, a separate rental housing estate in Ruda Śląska, developed by TBS Dombud in cooperation with the city, has reached completion, allowing tenants to move into 314 units.
