The 18th edition of the Soundedit International Music Producers Festival took place in Łódź, Poland, from October 23 to 25. The event, which drew international media attention for its ability to attract legendary artists, was primarily hosted at the Wytwórnia club. The lineup included Marc Almond (Soft Cell), Wolfgang Flür (formerly of Kraftwerk), Hugh Cornwell (The Stranglers), Howie B, and The Wolfgang Press. Local performances featured Kasia Lins, Lech Janerka—noted for his final performance in Łódź—and Dezerter, who celebrated 45 years.

Beyond musical performances, the festival program included industry workshops on audio technology, film events, photography exhibitions, and radio performances. The event concluded with the ‘Man with the Golden Ear’ awards gala, honoring Ziemowit Kosmowski for musical sensitivity, Bogdan Kondracki for excellence in music production, and the late Robert Brylewski posthumously.

In addition to Soundedit, Poland is hosting the Resonance Festival, an electronic music event scheduled for December 5 at the Exhibition and Congress Center in Opole. The festival will feature artists from international hubs such as New York, Amsterdam, Berlin, and London, focusing on genres ranging from techno to house.
