In September 2026, the Czech musical scene featured several prominent performances. The Zemlinský and Bennewitz Quartets were scheduled to perform George Enescu’s String Octet in Prague, alongside works by Josef Suk and Antonín Dvořák. Additionally, the Prague duo post-hudba announced a tour celebrating their 15th anniversary, beginning with the release of their new album, ‘post-hudba ’26a zpěvník’.

Following these events, musical activities continued into October with performances by international and local ensembles. The French ensemble Café Zimmermann scheduled a program of Mozart and Bach in Prague, while the quartet Cello Republic announced a performance in České Budějovice to support their album ‘Dreamer’, which features genre-crossing arrangements of various popular artists.
