Indonesian actor Revaldo Fifaldi has been named a suspect and detained by the West Jakarta Metro Police following his arrest for narcotics abuse at an apartment in Tangerang Selatan. This incident marks the fourth time the actor has faced legal issues regarding narcotics, with previous arrests recorded in 2006, 2010, and 2023.

During the investigation, police seized methamphetamine packets, pipes, bongs, and substances including Alprazolam and Xanax. Authorities identified a dealer, referred to by the initials HS, with whom Fifaldi reportedly met while both were at a rehabilitation center in Bogor. Police Chief Kombes Pol. Nasriadi stated that after leaving rehabilitation, the two maintained contact and eventually used drugs together at an apartment owned by the dealer. While HS initially provided narcotics for free, investigations revealed that Fifaldi later began purchasing drugs, including a recorded transaction for 0.5 grams of methamphetamine costing Rp650,000.

Fifaldi faces multiple charges, including violations of the Narcotics Law regarding the illegal possession and storage of psychotropic substances, as well as Ministry of Health Regulation Number 14 of 2005 concerning the unauthorized storage of medicines containing psychotropics. While authorities noted that the decision regarding potential rehabilitation will depend on the recommendations of an integrated assessment team, police stated that no formal request for rehabilitation has been submitted by the actor or his family at this time. Investigations into the distribution network responsible for supplying the substances are ongoing.
