Independent deathmatch wrestling veteran Necro Butcher, born Dylan Keith Summers, has signed a WWE Legends deal. The agreement, reportedly spearheaded by WWE President Nick Khan, grants the company rights to use Butcher’s name, image, and likeness for various projects and digital content.

While Butcher has never competed in a WWE ring during his 28-year career, the deal is intended to facilitate his inclusion in future WWE 2K video games. This follows a pattern of securing agreements with hardcore wrestling figures to bolster digital rosters. Butcher has stated he will continue to honor his existing independent wrestling commitments.
