Netflix crime series continue to see significant engagement across European markets. In Portugal, the series ‘Unforgettable’ has entered the top 10 most-watched list. The show follows Carrie Wells, a former detective with hyperthymesia—a condition allowing her to remember everything with precision—as she investigates crimes and seeks answers regarding her sister’s murder.

In Germany, the crime thriller ‘Die Falle’ (The Trap) has maintained a strong presence, reaching the number two spot in the platform’s Top 10 charts. The miniseries, which follows a writer attempting to trap her sister’s alleged killer, has sparked subscriber discussions regarding its “open-ended conclusion”.

Other trending content in Germany includes the thriller ‘Below’, which holds the top position, the sports series ‘Tyson’, and the historical miniseries ‘East of Eden’, based on the John Steinbeck novel. As viewers seek similar content, recommendations have surfaced for the German miniseries ‘Liebes Kind’, which follows a woman reclaiming her identity after escaping captivity, as well as historical dramas such as ‘House of Guinness’ and Apple TV’s ‘Pachinko’.
