Netflix has announced two upcoming productions centered on former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson. 

The first is a four-part documentary series titled ‘Tyson’, directed by Floyd Russ, which is scheduled to premiere on October 13. The series intends to provide an unfiltered look at Tyson’s life, tracing his journey from Brooklyn to becoming the youngest heavyweight champion in history. It will cover his athletic achievements as well as personal controversies, including legal issues, substance abuse, and the 1997 incident involving Evander Holyfield.
