New laptop models from MSI and Asus have entered the market, catering to both high-performance gaming and budget-conscious users.

MSI released the Stealth 16 AI+, a device designed for gaming and creative professionals featuring OLED screens and high-end Intel or AMD processors. Asus introduced the Chromebook CM1505, a budget-friendly 15.6-inch option intended for web-based tasks.

Subsequent reviews of the Asus ROG Strix Scar 18 (2026) highlight its position as a high-performance gaming machine with an 18-inch screen. While competing with top-tier models like the MSI Raider 18 HX AI, the device is noted for its significant weight. Pricing for the Asus model varies by configuration, with high-end setups featuring Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 GPUs reaching nearly $6,000.
