Actors involved in the NHK Taiga drama ‘Toyotomi Kyodai!’ have attended press events for historical exhibitions related to the series' themes.

In September, actor Sosuke Ikematsu, who portrays Toyotomi Hideyoshi, visited the ‘Toyotomi Kyodai!’ exhibition at the Edo-Tokyo Museum. The event focused on Toyotomi Hidenaga and featured historical artifacts, including a tea caddy once owned by Hidenaga. Taiga Nakano, the actress playing Hidenaga, provided the audio guide for the exhibition.

In October, actor Hidetaka Yoshioka attended a press event at the Tokyo National Museum for an exhibition commemorating the 700th anniversary of the Daitoku-ji temple. Yoshioka, who is set to portray Sen no Rikyu in the drama, viewed masterpieces associated with historical figures such as Oda Nobunaga and Sen no Rikyu.
