# NHRA 75th anniversary celebrations

The National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) is concluding its 75th-anniversary season with the 72nd annual Cornwell Quality Tools NHRA U.S. Nationals. The event is scheduled for September 2–7, 2026, at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park.

As part of the anniversary celebrations, the event will feature various racing categories, including Top Fuel, Funny Car, Pro Stock, and Pro Stock Motorcycle. The weekend, often called ‘The Big Go’, is expected to host numerous racing legends such as Don Garlits, Don Prudhomme, Kenny Bernstein, Joe Amato, Shirley Muldowney, Larry Dixon, John Force, and Linda Vaughn.
