Following the scheduled resumption, the Federal Ministry of Education issued a call for parents to return their children to the 117 Federal Unity Colleges. This directive was issued to counter conflicting communications on social media. The Ministry officially disowned a group calling itself the ‘National Parent-Teacher Association’ (PTA) of the federal unity colleges, stating the group has no mandate to issue directives.
