The brokerage is seeking a €17.5 million commission, representing 5% of the value of a 102-meter superyacht built by the German shipyard Lürssen. Cecil Wright & Partners alleges that it acted as the "effective cause" of the transaction by advising Storonsky on the acquisition. However, the firm claims Storonsky bypassed the broker to purchase the vessel directly from the previous owner, Patrick Dovigi.
