Nippon TV announcer Asami Mizuto launched her first podcast series, titled “Asami Mizuto no Shigoto Janai Radio” (Asami Mizuto’s Not-Work Radio), in early November. The program is designed to offer a relaxed atmosphere, allowing Mizuto to discuss personal topics such as lifestyle, food, and daily observations, which contrasts with her high-energy television persona.

In her debut episode, Mizuto addressed the challenges of transitioning to audio-only media, specifically the difficulty of maintaining a casual tone rather than her professional broadcasting style. She also shared personal anecdotes regarding her habits in public settings.
