Hello Games announced that its space exploration title, No Man’s Sky, will launch on iPhone and iPad on October 28, 2026. The mobile port utilizes procedural generation to keep the download size under 5 GB and leverages Apple’s MetalFX technology and M-series chips to achieve console-comparable graphics. While the version includes over 40 major content updates, it will initially lack multiplayer mode and the Planetary Settlements feature, which is restricted to iPhone 15 Pro models and newer.

Apple has included No Man’s Sky as a major highlight of its Indie Games Week on the App Store. This initiative, which also features titles like Sifu, aims to honor independent developers. Pre-orders for the game are currently available.
