In Sector 150, development is advancing through both residential and specialized infrastructure projects. The Prateek Group has begun on-site construction for a new project intended to demonstrate preparedness ahead of its sales launch. This development is expected to create more than 2,000 jobs in sectors including engineering, construction, security, and facility management, while stimulating local demand for logistics and building materials. Simultaneously, a 300-acre sports city project is taking shape following the Noida Authority’s approval of a revised master layout plan for Plot SC-02. Approximately 70% of this area is designated for sports infrastructure, which will include a cricket academy designed to ICC standards, a nine-hole golf course, three swimming pools, a multi-sport indoor hall, and a six-court tennis centre. ## Timeline ### 2026-10-21: Noida Sector 150 sports and residential development advances Noida's Sector 150 is seeing significant growth as a 300-acre sports city project advances and the Prateek Group begins construction, expected to create over 2,000 jobs. 3 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/noida-sector-150-sports-and-residential-development-advances ### 2026-10-15: Noida Expressway real estate expansion drives luxury housing and job growth Luxury housing is expanding along the Noida Expressway, with Prateek Group starting construction on a Sector 150 project expected to create over 2,000 jobs. 3 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/noida-expressway-real-estate-expansion-drives-luxury-housing-and-job-growth --- Cite as: Noida Expressway real estate and infrastructure development.
