The Danish retail chain Normal has entered the Czech market, beginning with the opening of two locations in Prague at the Flora and Galerie Butovice shopping centers in mid-August. 

To support its launch, the company has implemented marketing activities such as giveaways and gift cards for early customers. The retailer is also introducing a mobile loyalty application where customers can earn virtual currency, referred to as ‘Uniqoins’, to exchange for products. Normal’s business model utilizes a combination of branded goods, permanently low prices, and a rotating inventory that includes over 5,000 permanent items and more than 100 new products added weekly across categories such as cosmetics, hygiene, and household goods.
