Omron Corporation has agreed to acquire Interlogic, Inc., the Vermont-based parent company of industrial computer manufacturer OnLogic, Inc., in an all-cash transaction valued at $675 million. 

The acquisition is intended to bolster Omron’s capabilities in edge computing, the Internet of Things (IoT), and physical AI by integrating OnLogic’s configurable hardware with Omron’s sensing, robotics, and high-precision control technologies. This move aligns with Omron’s SF2030 vision to transition toward manufacturing digitalization and data-driven intelligence.

OnLogic is expected to continue operating as an independent entity within the Omron group, maintaining its existing brand, management team, and headquarters in South Burlington, Vermont. The deal is expected to close around January 2027, pending regulatory approval.
