The 25th annual One Voyage Cruise began with a mission to support Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) through the United Negro College Fund. The opening festivities included musical performances by artists such as MAJOR, Teddy Riley, and Doug E. Fresh, alongside a Represent Night where attendees honored their hometowns and organizations.

As the cruise progressed, the event hosted a hip-hop themed Halloween celebration. This activity featured a costume competition hosted by Joy Taylor of the Urban One Podcast, with guests dressing as various musical and cultural icons. Notable costumes included representations of 50 Cent, Mike Tyson, Salt-N-Pepa, Eazy-E, and Michael Jackson, as well as members of the Set It Off crew, Incognito, and Run DMC. This celebration served as one of the final major activities of the voyage.
