Media executive Mo Abudu announced the launch of EbonyLife Place London, a cultural and entertainment destination in the United Kingdom designed to showcase African and Black stories through film, food, fashion, music, and art. The facility includes specialized spaces such as the Amani Auditorium, Afrobeat Restaurant, and the Living Wall Art Gallery. Abudu stated the venue aims to combat underrepresentation and racism by providing a dedicated space to control and share African narratives.

Following the announcement, the hub officially opened in London. The center features a cinema, a restaurant, and a boutique for designers from Africa and the diaspora.
