Authorities in Tucumán, Argentina, have charged three individuals with forming an illicit association dedicated to the theft of high-end vehicles. The group is accused of stealing three Toyota Hilux trucks in March 2026, with a combined commercial value exceeding 100,000,000 pesos.

Investigations revealed a structured criminal methodology involving coordinated movements, support vehicles, and a division of tasks. While some members executed thefts in Tucumán, others managed logistics, including the concealment and transport of vehicles to Bolivia and other jurisdictions. The network also maintained connections to the province of Córdoba, where judicial proceedings led to raids and the detention of individuals facing extradition.
