Orthodox religious activities and infrastructure projects have been noted across the region. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, Metropolitan Efrem of Banja Luka performed consecrations at the Church of Saint Great Martyr George, including a new parish home in the Drakulić neighborhood and a new church bell in Maslovare.

In Montenegro, Metropolitan Joanikije of Montenegro and the Littoral participated in a ceremony in Konik to consecrate land and place a holy cross for the construction of the Saint Basil of Ostrog Temple. This follows a 2025 decision by the Assembly of the Capital City to allocate the land for the project.
