The anime adaptation of the popular Webtoon ‘Overgeared’ is scheduled to premiere on October 2, 2026. In Japan, the series will broadcast on TOKYO MX and BS11, with early streaming available on Prime Video starting September 27.

Produced by J. C. Staff and REDICE STUDIO, the story follows a player in the virtual reality game ‘Satisfy’ who gains the powers of a legendary blacksmith. The production is directed by Ayako Kono and features a voice cast including Tatsumaru Tachibana and Asami Seto. Virtual singer and rapper Tao will perform the ending theme, ‘Ray of Emotion,’ which is described as an “emotional electronic dance music (EDM) piece.”
