The Pag-IBIG Fund is expanding its network of partner developers to support the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program.

In early September, SM Development Corporation (SMDC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding to provide preferential pricing and specialized programs on selected units in Pasay City, Parañaque City, Quezon City, and Pampanga. This followed the Fund’s decision to increase its maximum housing loan amount from ₱6 million to ₱10 million.

By late September, Filinvest Land Inc. joined the program, offering residential projects for Pag-IBIG Housing Loan financing with repayment terms up to 30 years. On October 8, 2026, Robinsons Land Corporation formalized a partnership to expand homeownership opportunities through the program, aligning with directives from President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. and the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD).

By October 12, 2026, the collaboration grew to include five major property developers: Megawide Construction Corp., Ayala Land Inc., SMDC, Filinvest Land Inc., and Robinsons Land Corporation. These developers will offer preferential rates and incentives for select projects, with two additional developers expected to join shortly.

Additionally, the Pag-IBIG Fund has partnered with the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) to utilize BCDA-owned land for affordable and mixed-income housing, specifically targeting workers near New Clark City. To support these initiatives, the Fund provides loan counseling, housing fairs, and promotional fixed interest rates through the end of 2026: 4.5% per year for loans up to ₱4.9 million and 5.75% for loans between ₱4.9 million and ₱10 million.
