Reports indicate various instances of detention and release involving Palestinian individuals across different regions.

Hassan Arar, a Palestinian from Qarawat Bani Zaid, was released by Israeli authorities from Gilboa Prison after 22 years of detention. Arar was released in poor health following reports of physical assault by Israeli forces and was transported to a hospital in Ramallah. During his imprisonment, he was unable to see his parents, both of whom passed away, or two of his siblings.

In other developments, Adel Abdulfattah Natour was released in Damascus after being held for over 11 months without formal charges. Meanwhile, in the West Bank, activist Alaa al-Araj remains in custody held by Palestinian Authority security forces.
