Panserraikos FC experienced coaching instability following a series of poor results in the Super League 2 and the Greek Cup. After a 2-1 defeat against Athens Kallithea and a heavy 8-1 loss to AEK, head coach Alexos Vosniadis reportedly submitted his resignation to club management.

In response, the club appointed Kostas Georgiadis as the new head coach. Georgiadis, a UEFA PRO diploma holder, joined the team with technical staff Pariss Leonidakis and Giorgos Svynos to pursue promotion to the Stoiximan Super League.

In his competitive debut, Georgiadis led Panserraikos to a 4-1 victory against Olympiacos B. The match began with Teixeira scoring in the 4th minute, though Bilal equalized for Olympiacos B in the 6th minute, leaving the score 1-1 at halftime.

Panserraikos took control in the second half through Giannis Pasas, who scored twice—including a 49th-minute header—and Adam, who provided the final goal. This result moved Panserraikos to 7th place in the standings with six points.
