In the first leg of the UEFA Women’s Europa Cup round of 32, PAOK Women suffered a 2-3 defeat against Spartak Myjava. After trailing 0-2 in the first half due to goals from Stella Semanova, PAOK staged a second-half comeback with goals from Maria Gouni and Marta Lopis to equalize at 2-2. However, a stoppage-time goal by Andrea Bogorova in the 92nd minute secured the win for the Slovakian side.

In the second leg held in Slovakia, Spartak Myjava took an early lead in the 33rd minute via a Nataša Stanojević penalty. Panagiota Argyriou equalized for PAOK in the 59th minute, bringing the match to a 1-1 draw. Despite late pressure and several opportunities, including hits to the woodwork by Giannakka, PAOK could not find a winning goal.

With a 4-3 aggregate victory, Spartak Myjava secured their first-ever place in the Round of 16, resulting in the elimination of PAOK.
