Parc Astérix announced its 2026 Halloween season, titled ‘Peur sur le Parc’, which was scheduled to run from October 3 to November 8. The event included 12 night sessions and new attractions such as the ‘Les bas-fonds du Souk’ and ‘La Forêt sans Retour’ scary zones, alongside a magic and illusion show titled ‘Le Gladiateur’.

Coinciding with the start of the Halloween season, the park implemented a daily parking fee increase from 20 to 25 euros. Management stated the adjustment supports a 250 million euro investment plan to modernize parking areas with photovoltaic panels and electric vehicle charging stations, while also addressing rising operational costs related to inflation, energy, and payroll. The price hike has drawn criticism from visitors on social media.
