The Parco della Pace in Vicenza, Italy, has been named a finalist for the 2026 European Prize for Urban Public Space. The project, which converted the former Dal Molin airport into a 65-hectare ecological urban park, was selected as one of five finalists from a pool of 381 entries across 38 European countries.

Organized by the Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona (Cccb), the competition recognizes projects for their formal rigor, environmental sensitivity, and capacity to integrate new functions into the urban fabric.
